There is a one-time dog fee at check-in, contact the hotel for details or check out our Dog Waiver. Please refrain from bringing your exotic pets, cats, birds, farm animals, etc. Be sure to ask about these rooms at the time of reservation. Service animals are welcome.

POOL CLOSURE NOTICE: No one likes surprises, that's why we want to let you know our Pool Area will be closed for repairs from October 6 through December 8, 2025. But don't worry, the North Spa will remain open during this time. The firepits and rooftop terrace will still be glowing, and best of all...the beach never closes! Thank you for your understanding while we refresh our spaces for an even better guest experience!

Our OceanView King guestroom offers one king bed. The view from your patio or balcony overlooks the pool with the Pacific Ocean in the background or the Pismo coastline.
Our Dog-Friendly King guestroom offers one king bed and easy access to the lawn area through a patio. This room has a partial ocean, and pool, view from the patio. Up to two dogs are allowed per room. There is an additional $100 +tax dog fee charged at the time of check-in.
Our ADA Poolside King guestroom located in our Lobby Building on the ground floor offers one king bed and a patio with a view overlooking the pool and the Pacific Ocean in the background. This guestroom includes accessible amenities.
Our Family Suite is a two-room suite located in our Lobby Building with a king bed in the main room and a set of twin beds in the second bedroom. These rooms offer a large patio or balcony, overlooking the pool and the Pacific Ocean in the background.
COASTAL VIEW ROOMS
Our CoastalView Two Queens guestroom offers two queen beds. The view from your balcony offers a partial ocean view. All CoastalView rooms are located on the 2nd floor or higher in our North or South Tower.
Our ADA CoastalView King guestroom offers one king bed with a partial ocean view from the balcony. All CoastalView rooms are located on the 2nd floor or higher in our North or South Tower and include accessible amenities.
STANDARD ROOMS
Our Standard King guestroom offers one king bed and a patio or balcony. This room does not have an ocean view.
Our ADA Standard Two Queens guestroom offers two queen beds and a patio. This room features Accessible amenities. This room does not have an ocean view.
