Early Check-In is by request only and not guaranteed. Early Checkout is available. Late Check-Out must be arranged through the hotel and is given based on availability and not guaranteed.

Extra Adult added to room cost of $10 USD. Children 15 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult. Cribs are available but are limited.

Outdoor Terraces are typically open for use by all hotel guests. For groups of 20 people or more, please inquire with the Sales Manager to reserve a Terrace for a private event, with a rental fee.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
A valid credit card and ID required to make a reservation and must be present at check-in. Please be advised the credit card must authorize all night’s room and tax plus $30 USD above total. Your bank may hold this price of the stay for up to 7 days if you use a debit card at check-in. For guests under 18, please see our Minor Agreement Form.
Dog rooms subject to availability, limited number of rooms, please specify with the hotel at time of reservation that a dog room is needed. $50 USD dog fee applies per stay, and is collected at time of check-in. Please refrain from bringing your exotic pets, cats, birds, farm animals, etc. Guests introducing dogss into a non-dog friendly room or suite will be charged a minimum of $150 USD cleaning fee plus damages, which includes but is not limited to lost revenue. Before you arrive, please see our Dog Friendly Waiver for our policies and guidelines.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE POLICY
The SeaCrest OceanFront Hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed by a valid form of payment, prior to arrival. The evening prior to arrival, a prepayment of $25 USD will be charged to the guest’s credit or debit card. This amount will be credited to the total room and tax for the stay. If you wish to change your form of payment upon check-in, a Guest Service Agent will assist you. Should the payment be declined, the reservation is not guaranteed, will be cancelled, and the room placed back into inventory for sale. Staff will make every reasonable attempt to contact the guest to reserve the room again, based on contact information at the hotel’s disposal. For cancelled reservations, hotel does not guarantee room type, availability or previously booked rates.
LIFE HAPPENS® CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date, otherwise guest card is subject to charge of one night’s room and tax. During special events and holidays, reservations must be canceled 21 days prior to arrival, otherwise guest card is subject to charge of one night’s room and tax. With our Life Happens® cancellation policy the credit can be used towards a future stay for up to one year from original reservation date!
NO SHOW POLICY
No shows will be charged in full amount for first night.
